Please allow 12 - 14 day for deliveries.

Returns

Products purchased may be returned for a full refund if the following
conditions are adhered to:

The product(s) are returned in the condition they were received including all packaging.

All returns must be securely packaged and sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery. If the package is lost or stolen you are responsible for claiming compensation from the Royal Mail. Please note Recorded Delivery does not offer compensation for jewellery.

Products are returned within 14 days of delivery.

Any free gift sent with your order is also returned.

Payment has been cleared and previously authorised.

Where your order was paid by credit/debit card a refund can only be issued to the card used to make the original purchase.

Earrings and belly rings are excluded from the above due to hygiene reasons.

A deduction from the purchase price may be made at the discretion of Gems of Passion where:
- products are returned damaged or where packaging, which includes boxes, tissue paper, outer boxes/sleeves have not been included in the return.
- more than one product was ordered and not all products from the order are being returned.
